From Farmland to Front Yard: How Agrihoods Are Reshaping Real Estate

Fascinating new planned community model. We’ve come a long way from the McMansion cookie-cutter community.

I wonder if including this type of thing into a planned community makes it an easier sell to the city/zoning commission to get the necessary approvals? I would think that some/many people who might otherwise be skeptical of further development of farmland might be a bit less negative if the farm can survive in some integrated way. Could this make it easier and less time-consuming to get something approved?
