I love hearing this South Florida expert say, “we are still drastically underproducing lots and therefore underproducing homes for the people who want to buy in this state”…..perhaps CCM can solve that issue with our Florida lot development projects?
It’s not surprising, given that he opens with that statement, that, while he predicts some correction in the market, he thinks there will still be an undersupply of lots. That fits with the national data we monitor – the housing shortage (current and worsening in the near future) starts with the lack of buildable lots.
