Lincoln Property Company has just announced The Shoppes at The Gathering — a 43,700 sq ft, Napa-inspired retail village set at Haynes Bridge Rd. & Morrison Pkwy.
Attached to our residential development, The Gathering, the seven boutique buildings and central lawn will sit steps from the single-family homes and townhomes Brock Built already has under construction – an amenity package that will drive even more interest from homebuyers. Construction starts later this year, with delivery slated for Q4 2026.
