Every year Builder Online posts their Local Leaders Report that contains their annual list of the country’s 50 largest new-home markets. Carpathian Capital Management (CCM) has four active new home development projects and has a pipeline full of projects that range in location from Cincinnati to Florida. Two of CCM’s projects are in the Minneapolis metro, and two are in Atlanta. On the Local Leaders Report, Minneapolis is ranked #22, Atlanta is ranked #5, and Cincinnati is ranked at #39. Florida dominates the top 50, with 10 metro areas appearing on the list. These hot markets are exactly what CCM is focused on investing in.
