According to the Zillow Home Value Forecast (ZHVF), home prices and the linked Zillow Home Values Index (ZHVI) will be dropping nation wide this year by an average of 0.7% nationwide. Carpathian Capital Management (CCM) has a portfolio of rental properties in Detroit, Michigan and the Minneapolis, Minnesota metro areas. CCM also has a hard money lending portfolio in the upper Midwest and several development projects in both Minnesota, and the Atlanta metro area. Atlanta is an outlier from the national scope, as according to the ZHVF, home prices are predicted to remain stagnant throughout most of 2023, and finish 2023 up 1.6%.
