The Bowline is a new-construction, Class A multifamily community in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and one of the core projects in Carpathian Capital Management’s Development Fund III. Sitting on a 10-acre site along Goldsby Road, the project will deliver 162 thoughtfully designed apartments across one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts (707–1,248 square feet). The goal: modern, well-amenitized housing in a growing coastal market where quality rental options are in high demand.
