Carpathian Capital Management — 1:1 SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

With your consent, Carpathian Capital Management (“we,” “us”) may send one‑to‑one SMS/text messages related to your relationship with us, such as meeting confirmations, scheduling reminders, support and informational updates, and document follow‑ups. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts under this program.

Eligibility & Consent (Opt‑In Method)

Participation is voluntary. You must be the mobile account holder or have authorization from the account holder. Our current opt‑in method is verbal (by phone or in person). When you verbally consent, we record your consent in our CRM (contact log with timestamp and staff initials).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your ongoing interactions with us.

Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan for details.

Opt‑Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been opted out and will no longer receive messages from that number.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, consent data, or SMS opt‑in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with service providers (e.g., messaging platforms and carriers) acting on our behalf, under agreements that require them to use it only to provide services to us. Data We Collect via SMS

We may collect your mobile number, consent status, message content, delivery and interaction metadata (timestamps, delivery status), and support requests. We retain this information as required for compliance and to operate the program.
