Land Development Progress at Bay Street

The recent hurricane that impacted Florida has been a sobering reminder of the challenges we face. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastation.

Our joint venture with Jobalia Development Group for the Bay Street Townhomes in Sarasota continues to push forward without delay however. There was no damage to the site – only additional water that will be drained off the site.

Project Update:

• 99 townhome lots are being developed, with infrastructure and site preparation underway.
• D.R. Horton, the nation’s largest homebuilder, will be constructing the townhome units once the lots are fully developed.
